So maintenance was still good, but I made an appointment and felt like I was continually shuffled. What should have been a 2 hour service turned into 3.5 hours. Will definitely reconsider what making an appointment here actually means. On a positive customer service note, they acknowledged and apologized more than once for the delay. They even advised on the best days to make an appointment in the future.I left feeling like the delay was still worth coming here.
