  • A chocolate lounge and chocolatier, Suite 88 offers luxurious desserts in a contemporary, albeit weirdly narrow, setting. Chocolate-based desserts (pastries, gelato, brownies), chocolate bars, truffles, and other chocolate pieces are shown to great advantage against the stark, minimalist white interior and glass displays. We were on our way to another dessert place and only stopped by to stock up on their single-origin, as well as, flavored chocolate bars: fleur de sel, praline, maple sugar, milk, caramel, and gianduja, just to name a few. While the chocolate continues to be rich, creamy, and flavorful, I was disappointed by the disorganized and unfriendly service.
