  • I needed to get into a client's home to care for their dogs and the front door lock was broken so I was not able to use the key and get inside. I called a few locksmiths around town getting long wait times and high estimates before finally getting ahold of Stanley Security Solutions. They immediately called me back with a 30 minute estimate wait time and a decent estimate price compared to the others. Soon a nice gentleman named Mike arrived within 15-20 minutes of the estimated 30 min wait time given and he did an excellent labor job within a short amount of time for the same price as estimated over the phone, no surprise fees or higher price! He also provided excellent customer service, confirming that I was ok, asked if the dogs were friendly before entering and even tripled checked his work to make sure before he left that I would no longer have a problem with the door. Thank you so much Mike G**** for your excellent customer service, If I ever for some reason experience this type of situation again I know I can count on Stanley Security Solutions to be there for me when I need them!
