| - On the plus side, I enjoy going to their cheese section where they have a small bin of sampler cheeses you can get for pretty cheap. A couple months ago, I did have a rather bad experience with someone who I later found out was the manager of this location. My roommate sometimes did take a little more than her fair share when it came to sampling, I usually didn't take too much at all. I try a small piece of chicken at the hot bar then the manager, Kristen Esselstrom, walks up to us and practacally demonizes us just for doing what we did, though it was mostly directed at my roommate. She was very rude and standoffish. She says what she should be having shouldn't be a meal, when the small cups we were given were barely a portion. If you don't want us to sample anything, why do you have the cups out? After we left, I filed a complaint against her hoping that she was reprimanded. It's been a couple months, but even thinking about it just stings me, as I haven't been back since. I signed up to be an owner and spent more money there than I would've at a regular store because I thought I would change up my diet to include non GMO foods, with the extra money I'm spending I should be treated with a bit of decency. My friend has been an owner there for years and spent thousands of dollars and she told me she didn't even want to support the store anymore. I hope you are reading this, Kristen Esselstrom! You are a terrible person and don't deserve the position you have if that is how you are going to treat people.
