  • I joined the gym 2 weeks ago. They have an outdoor pool in Westlake and Broadview Heights. Both pools are not opened and the whirlpool is not working at Broadview Heights. They don't know when the pool will open or the whirlpool. They are not giving me what I paid for. I called to cancel my membership. I wanted a full refund. I explained why. I paid $ 214.92 for 1 year. I was told by a manager they wouln't refund any of my money because it was longer than 3 days since I signed up. I was never told that I only had 3 days to get a refund if I changed my mind. I was told by a Westlake employee that's not my job. I can't help you. I do not recommend FX Fitness. You do not get what you paid for. The gym is unreliable. I would like to give them zero stars but since I have to pick one I rate them at one star. Annmarie
