  • I have been to several bikini/Brazilian waxing places in Toronto in a quest of the best one, and I think I can now end my search! This place is amazing. The receptionist(s) were very, very friendly. It seems like they are striving for (and achieving) a spa atmosphere even for services like waxing, which I normally don't associate with a spa atmosphere. It's very clean and I found the room very calming. Alessandra was great! She's so friendly. Now the most shocking part: this was by far the least painful g-string/french/however you want to classify it waxing I have EVER had. I was genuinely shocked. The price was also super reasonable. I would recommend Laya for a bikini/Brazilian to everyone! Go, go, go!
