  • I went to the Alpaca imports store with my boyfriend and fell in love with a rug. Unfortunately there was no one attending the store and we waited around for someone to come back so we could buy this $400 rug. When the attendant finally did come back he immediately yelled at us for touching the rugs, which have signs all over to "Please touch", ranting that they were expensive and we needed to stop playing around when he was just "out in the hallway". Needless to stay we immediately left without buying the rug or shoes I wanted. I just want management to know the kind of people they're employing who lose them easy sales by not even being in the store and then insulting the customers.
