Took my vehicle in for warranty on a tire. The service person told me after 4 hours that the claim was denied. I, then, take my vehicle to an independent tire place to do the replacement. I contacted the warranty place and am told that the claim was NOT denied, and that they just did not receive the information needed to place the claim. After much hassle, and driving around town, I was finally able to get the warranty people to agree to reimburse me for the cost of the tire. That does not, however, reimburse me for the day (7:30am - 5:00pm) trying to straighten the situation out. Very disappointed in the service. I will never buy a Toyota again.
