  • I wouldn't ever use these people. I listened to their door-to-door sales pitch and decided to sign up and give them a try. I had second thoughts about it later after doing research on the chemicals they use with pets. They say this is a $220 service they are supposedly discounting and giving you for $29, with every month visit thereafter costing you $69. I had told the sales representative I had a dog and so he said I would receive a call before they made any visits and I told him I did not want the initial interior spray since I would not be home. So I called the day after signing up to cancel my appointment. I was supposed to get a call right back. I got a call about thirty minutes later saying my visit was already complete. The confirmation email arrived a convenient five minutes before the call. No big deal, I wrote off the $29 and told them I'd like to cancel. According to their contract they told me I'd have to pay them over $200 to cancel because the contract states you have to pay them half of the remaining contract value. 6 more months multiplied by $69 is $4 14, half of which is $207! The salesman skipped over that part on his iPad very conveniently to the signature page. I put a lock on my gate so they would not enter my yard again. I got an email saying in one week I was getting another appointment. The best part is that the email asks you to leave your gate unlocked but it's okay if you don't BECAUSE THEY WILL JUMP THE GATE. I'm sorry, WHAT!? I HAVE A DOG! That's your liability not mine. I told them, I locked it, they don't call. I put a sign on my gate telling them not to enter. We will see what happens. Bottom line, they are in violation of Nevada Deceptive Trade Laws, see NRS 598.140 through 598.2801. They are required by law to give you three days to cancel as well as inform you about these rights to cancel and provide you with a notice to cancel, all of which they failed. Do not trust these people, do not sign their contracts, and if they keep coming to your door, call the local police and report them as trespassing. That will get the job done. Not my first time dealing with annoying salesmen.
