  • Their sushi were so good! No soybean sauce or wasabi needed, as they have already been flavored, and they were flavored so well that it didn't cover the taste of fish. The rice was not sticky yet can still melt within your mouth. It was amazing how they were being made this way. Also I like the shape and toppings, which better emphasized the sushi's earthy intensity. Really a great place to have an elegant sushi meal.
