| - I created a yelp account just to write this review to express how unhappy I am.
I went to Urgent Care because I had been having extremely bad nausea for a week .
In the waiting room i was told to fill out all this information I had filled out three times before in my previous unpleasant visits .
After waiting 45 minutes just to be seen my blood pressure was taken and all that was normal
Once I got into the doctors room I was told to give a urine sample, and not told why, after I waited another hour while both on duty doctors and 3 nurses walked by my room looking in a seeing me and my boyfriend but not making any acknowledgment of my presence. We over heard them talking about football and a previous patient from that day outside of the room, while I was still waiting,
Finally Dr. Ziarko came in and did the normal procedures , checked breathing all that good stuff .
He then told me I could be having a miscarriage which was a horrendous assumption considering the only information I gave for my symptoms was that I was throwing up and I had some light spotting.
After scaring the shit out of me I waiting another 45 minutes for a nurse to come in and he started taking a blood sample. I asked "Why are you taking my blood" and he said "Oh, you're pregnant" , so non chaluntly , sorry for my spelling. Anyways, besides being terrified of needles I was dealing with the fact that I could be pregnant at 20 y/o and presented the fact so suddenly .
After I was prescribed nausea medicine for 30 days and sent on my way .
But it doesn't end there,
I called a week later to hear my blood results , which were very vague and all it was was a "yes you're pregnant" nothing else, and when I was asking questions like "how many weeks ?, what is my blood type? And does it have any information on my other bodily levels such as cholesterol?" The only answer I was given was "ma'am those are questions for your obgyn." And "we didn't run that sort of test" what kind of blood test doesn't tell you the blood type. Not to mention in the beginning the man told me they might have lost my results .
THEN!!
When I needed a refill on my nausea medicine I called my pharmacy to request it and they informed me that they would fax the request to the Urgent Care to get to approval , it has been two weeks and to this day I have had no confirmation on this fax, or refill approval or disapproval. I called the Urgent Care THREE TIMES , and was sent to voicemail every single time with no call back .
This urgent care is terrible, do not come here under any circumstances .
