I definitely would not recommend this office. Every time that I've gone in I have waited in the lobby for an hour and a half and once I finally got into a room there was another 45 min wait to talk to the doctor.
When it comes to labs they are very unorganized. I was sent to a cancer center to test for a bleeding disorder and when I got there the oncologist told me that my blood work was inaccurate because my blood was left out too long. They have done this twice!
If you miss a call from them, plan on playing phone tag for a week if they even return your phone call. While Dr. Rojas is very nice the office is just too unorganized.
*UPDATE*
I feel like my experiences keep getting worse. The only reason that I haven't gone to a new office is because of the fertility plan I have with Dr. Rojas. But I haven't been able to start the plan because my husband and I need to take antibiotics to clear up an infection. This was supposed to be done last November, but they prescribed me medication that I told them that I am allergic to. They were never able to work that out.
I went in for a follow up last Tuesday and they told me that since I haven't taken the antibiotics that they don't have a reason to see me. So they told me that they would call in a new prescription for me and my husband. I called the pharmacy later that day to check the status of the prescription and they said that they didn't receive anything, so I called the office again and left a message. To my surprise I got a call back a couple hours later telling me that they just faxed it over. When I go to pick up the medication, I find out that they only faxed over mine and not my husbands. I called office again and left a message on Wednesday and still haven't got a call back. So now I can't start my treatment because the doctor told me that we need to start at the same time. They don't get back to us in a timely manner which makes it seem like they don't care about the health of their patients!
