  • Terrible customer service. No one answers the phone nor will anyone call you back to make an appointment even if you leave a voicemail every single day for weeks on end. Way to leave a patient on new meds without any medication management. The psychiatric nurse is totally hostile. Nurse, medicate thyself as you clearly have your own mental health challenges. Find any other place unless you want to be treated like dirt.
