  • This was a freaking joke. I took my maid of honor here, with an appointment, to look at some dresses for the bridesmaids. We walked in, signed in, and were told to browse and someone would meet us shortly. The lady who met us was the worst customer service individual I think I've seen. She told us we could choose 3 styles, told us our dressing room number and then just walked away. We didn't see her again and still hadn't by the time we finished trying those 3. So I went and found more and was trying to put those away when I was approached rudely by another employee who took the dresses to put them away. If I had been here to buy my dress, I probably would have left in tears. I may give another location a shot, but wow, what a huge disappointment.
