  • As a PPM Realty renter for over two years, I have nothing but good things to say about the building, the maintenance, the service, and the people. My one-bedroom apartment in the Voelkel Terrace Apartments in Dormont (2703 Voelkel Ave) was extremely affordable, in good condition, clean, and safe (and charming with its' avocado green appliances!). From the moment I met Reed, Katie, Joel and the staff at PPM, I was impressed with their genuine concern for their tenants and overall customer service. Leasing terms were flexible (to accommodate change of jobs, wintry weather, etc.). Maintenance issues (very few) were resolved quickly and courteously. During the winter, the parking lot and stairs were kept clean, salted, and safe. This was my first "real world" renting experience (post- college graduation), and I took comfort in knowing I was leasing from PPM Realty. It was assuring to know the team at my rental company knew me by name and that I could email or text them, and receive a response, if necessary. I genuinely mean it when I say I highly recommend PPM Realty to anyone interested in renting (or even buying) a home! In the fall, my brother plans to move, and you better believe I've already given him contact information for the team at PPM Realty. You won't be disappointed... :)
