  • This claim management company is paid to say "no" to all claims. They are not there to help you settle the claim, they are there to keep you from pursuing a claim. Whether you packed the box or the moving company packed the box, they say it comes down to "he said, she said." So, beware of moving companies using Anthem Claims Management, and you are better off contacting the moving company directly. I had items stolen from a box I packed, and items broken in a box the company packed. Both were denied- one because I packed it and couldn't prove what was in the box and the other because I didn't sign it as broken on the inventory upon arrival. We're talking to the moving company directly now, and that seems more promising. Next step: Better Business Bureau then court.
