  • Staff is mostly useless. We've been waiting over 2 weeks for them to get a pre- authorization from our insurance - for a test insurance has already SAID they'd pay for!!! Yet dr asst can't seem to get it done. Meanwhile.....do I have cancer or not???? This is for the Chandler office.
