We were walking through Cosmopolitan, and the Hunger bug bit us. The Mrs. found this restaurant to be different so we stopped for lunch.
We were quoted a 15 minute waiting time, and were seated after 15 minute.
We ordered the following
Veg Jiaozi (Dumpling) w/ some Vinegar sauce
Golden Pigs (Dumpling) w/ condensed Milk
Ants Climbing (Noodles)
Viva China (Taco)
Club Soda
Total with tax and tips was $66 23
Pros:
Service was prompt, and employees were genuine. (+1)
Variety in items. The concept itself is unique. The item and the sauce pairing added a good culinary experience. (+1)
Ants Climbing was very good. It had a nice kick to it. Portion on this dish was adequate.
Cons:
I asked for Club Soda. A Fever Tree Club Soda bottle (200 ml) was brought. It was valued at $6.00. (-1)
Dumplings were no Bueno. (-1)
Other than Noodles, other items we had ordered were Pretty Tiny. Pretty & Tiny at the same time. :)
The review is for the very good service, and the unique concept in their menu. I would recommend ordering an item that will fill you up and then try the other items to catch a taste of what this restaurant is all about.
