I have never gotten great service at Ulta but it seems like it's getting worse. And the only reason I gave this 2 stars is because of Chris. I went there a couple of months ago. I needed help in choosing new foundation. One person was helping a customer. ONE only. There were 3 girls gathered around talking about something. Must've been important if not one came to ask if I need help. And the fourth girl was putting on make up. As soon as she was done she turned and walked over to the three girls and started telling them about her sunburned nose. Again not one person helped. As soon as the only working person there was free he came over and asked me if I needed help. His name is Chris. Great guy. Gave me some tips on makeup application and helped me with choosing my new foundation. I was there last week. I wanted new eyebrow pencil or gel. One of the girls approached me and asked what I was looking for. I told her I'm looking for something new for my eyebrows. She asked " well are you looking for pencil, gel, or what" I told her I wasn't sure and I was hoping she would help me choose. She rolled her eyes and said to me " what are you looking for?" Are you serious??? This is the help I get? Aren't they there to help you choose products???? And try and sell you as much product as possible???? I love makeup. She could've sold me bunch of stuff I didn't go there to look for!!! It's sad that most everyone that works there has this horrible attitude. You work in a make up store!!!!! Cheer up.
