  • As a first time home buyer, I knew nothing about mortgages or buying my own home. I am so happy that I was referred by my co-workers [at the bank] to this place. Karen Mann has been fantastic. She explained everything, was easy to reach, and very professional. I got the best rate with the best conditions. Better than anything I could find myself. They have access to like 20 lending institutions and will do the research on your behalf. As a side note, I work at one of the top 5 banks and I am their client. Worst service ever. My mortgage person there just told me to contact him once I had a firm offer. Didn't even offer an introductory meeting. To conclude, I highly recommend Karen and her firm. Stay away from the banks.
