  • Totally saved my butt on a lazy Sunday. I was having some issues with a power supply and knew it was about to go, then as I was getting ready for a day of football, gaming, and beer...my PC totally shut down and I heard a POP! I called up RAD and Mark knew exactly what to do in order not to damage any other components in the matter of a power failure. I was extremely impressed by the level of service and knowledge, what a great experience. He got my computer fixed ASAP and I was back in time to enjoy the rest of the day. I'll be coming back!
