We were very excited to eat at Posh but found it disappointing. For improvisational cuisine I expected the food to be a little more exciting. I only crossed off a couple of items (frogs legs and duck leg) and felt they had plenty of opportunity to wow me. I was served carrot soup, mussels, and short ribs. It was not at all exciting or different and the servings were so small I wanted to go some place else after. My husband had salad, bison and squid. The squid was over cooked but the bison was good.
There are so many good places in the valley, I just won't go back. The only good thing was our server Timothy. He made the night and I would suggest you ask for him if you go. Just don't expect a lot of food or anything that creative. I love eating out and I don't mind spending a lot for good food, I just can't belive how boring it was.
