  • I ended up with a broken key today & fortunately I have AAA roadside assistance. I wasn't sure if they'd be able to help since my key has a chip in it, but I set up a service call and Keith, the service member, arrived at my house within 15 minutes. Keith was very friendly and handled the situation quickly and professionally. I ended up being able to get my spare key reprogrammed to my car, along with a new key with a chip in it for less than $50!! I have used AAA a few other times this year for towing, and the experience has been consistently good. Thanks Keith!
