  • I was contacted by Mike, the owner of the business, and he apologized and totally took charge of the matter. Not only did he handle it directly and take full responsibility, he offered a dinner on him for the inconvenience. That's what a true business owner looks like. On to the food. I must say this order was 1000 times better. It only took 30 from order to delivery. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak, chicken parmigiana sandwich, eggplant roll, and chicken wings. Everything was awesome! I understand everyone has a bad day. But it's how you handle it that makes the difference. And Mike definitely made the difference. As long as this place is consistent, then they will have my business.
