  • Really disappointed in this place. Went in to Tempe location for first time. Menu was confusing & service was lacking. My daughter asked for hard custard with ice, which is what the menu appeared to offer. Girl told her she had to use another custard but never explained that one was liquid (essentially milk), not solid cream, & would make it a drink. When she placed this watery concoction on the counter, I explained that my daughter recently had her wisdom teeth out & could not drink from a straw. There was absolutely NO offer to fix the mistake. Just shrugged her shoulders & moved on. She asked for ice cream so why would any reasonable person think she wanted a watery drink. It was nothing like what she asked for and, then on top of it all, this mess stained her shirt trying to drink it with the lid off since service was so bad that they offered no fix. This was supposed to be a treat for her and instead it was a disappointing, over-priced mess. Will never be back. Sparky's Creamery down the street on Mill is SO much better.
