I just called this hotel to get some help with a Priceline issue. I wish I knew the girl's name who answered the phone -- midnight shift, for sure though. She was one of the most pleasant people I've ever spoken to. I still don't know if my problem will be resolved -- but I'm confident that she'll do what she can. She was a pleasure to deal with. And, if things don't work out with my Priceline issue -- and I end up staying at the Toronto Marriott -- I feel like it will be a good experience if she is any indication of how customer's are treated!
