  • We had just moved in to our new home the end of July and needed the carpets cleaned. I called for an appointment and was able to get same day service. Rob called to let me know when he would arrive. He was on time. He answered all my questions and did a very thorough job. The carpets had been cleaned in June by the former owners so I just needed the basic service. The price I paid is what was quoted on the phone. After almost 2 months the carpets are still in great condition. I will use Zerorez again.
