  • The most unfriendly bunch of workers I've ever encountered at any retail store. I went to get a pair of boots last night and the staff was very unfriendly, rude, unhelpful, and felt like it was a bother to ask for any assistance. The staff was more interested in doing their own things, which included just standing around, joking and acting foolish with each other. I was very turned off to the point where I decided t leave and take my business elsewhere. Terrible experience and really hope leadership takes notice of this and makes some positive changes.
