  • DO NOT GO THERE!!! If I could give a -1 to this place I would. I want to start off by saying the front desk lady was very nice and classy. FIRST OFF the place is dirty and takes forever for them to bring you in after your scheduled time, I get there to get my wisdom tooth pulled out I am brought up to the back room where the COORDINATOR is going over the "finances" Then I am told I need to get an IV general anesthesia because MY TOOTH is partially impacted. When I had been told I could get just oral sedation at another facility. The lady got aggravated very quickly telling me its easier for the doctor to work on me $$$$$$$$$$$ with general anesthesia. She was very condescending and rude. I from the beginning said I have no interest in getting put to sleep because I have anxiety about it. It would have been my first surgery ever and its just normal I have questions and concerns she was by far THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE person. She stormed out of the room yelling and screaming "I'M JUST GONNA BRING THE DOCTOR BECAUSE YOU THINK I'M SO STUPID TO EXPLAIN THINGS TO YOU!!" She came back saying the doctor is busy. I politely said I am no longer interested and she continued to bash me. I honestly have never experienced anything like it.
