  • I was so happy to see "Closed" on this location, then realized in disappointment that it just meant closed right now. This Hertz is so ridiculously bad, and be advised that reservations mean nothing here. We reserved a car online and took an Uber here at our designated time only to find that "a reservation doesn't really reserve". While we were there, three other groups went and left in frustration. We also gave up and went to the Enterprise next door and were served immediately. While we were there though, the clerk moved at snail's pace and seemed to think it was ridiculous we thought we would be able to rent a car just because we had a reservation. She was loudly talking to someone on the phone passive aggressively complaining about the customers in the waiting room. Here's a thought: If you don't have cars available, don't confirm a reservation. We will gladly go elsewhere and you won't have to be bothered to do any actual work. Basically, if you're considering this place, don't waste your time. Just go literally next door to the other car rental place. I'm surprised this Hertz is still in business. From the sounds of it, my terrible experience was standard. This place should be shut down.
