  • Went to this place for achilles tendinitis. They prescribed me a boot and that was it. Told me they would see me in a month. Dr. Jeffery Kann seemed to be VERY rushed and hurried me though. NO instruction of any kind other than how to put the boot on. A month later for my follow up, I was told, I was prescribed physical therapy, but never was told about it. I asked, "physical therapy?" The response was "That is the English language". Wow! I told them, I never was told about physical therapy. No real response other than "you were supposed to.." This place is HORRIBLE! Never again!
