  • I'm no Pho expert, actually first time having it and it really was delicious.....owner very friendly, he seems to push his orange chicken so my wife ordered it and LOVED it......I tried a few pieces and it is very good, has a crunch texture and the sauce was nice and came with sticky rice. As for my Pho, all the herbs were very fresh and the broth was very flavorful. Owner mentioned he worked at a restaurant for years at or near the Biltmore. Also noticed they are very flexible with the menu as far as adding or removing hot spices. I'm going back again for sure, highly recommend.
