  • Came here to get a new car battery before the winter. I called a head to make sure they had the battery I needed in stock. I arrived about 30 mins late but they were happy to still fit me in. Bre, the cashier was very nice and called me with updates on my car's progress as well as when it was ready to pick up. It took a little bit longer than I expected because they couldn't find the battery I needed for my car. They then found it at the shop ( one of the workers pulled it from the shelves for me to make sure it was in stock). Good thing because they would have had to drive to another pep boys to pick up another battery for me. Overall, I thought their staff was very nice and friendly. I would come here again.
