  • I will never go anywhere else for my vehicle. Mr. Brake's was absolutely honest and friendly. He showed me what WAS wrong with my vehicle and what WASN'T wrong. I went in with the assumption that all four of my brake pads and two of my rotors needed to be replaced because that is what I was told by my dealership. Mr. Brake's offered a cheaper price so I went with them as a first time customer. My vehicle got inspected and as it turned out only my rear brake pads needed changing. Meaning my rotors were perfectly good and the front brake pads were still good. The price went from $900 (dealership price) to $500 (quoted over the phone price @ Mr. Brakes) to about $160 (after arriving and having everything inspected). They even went above and beyond in calling and quoting me for other things that will be needing fixing in the future (something my dealership also did and quoted me nearly $3k out the door). I've already recommended Mr. Brake's to other friends who have asked me for a good auto-shop. Thank you Mr. Brakes for such honest business! Happy New Year!
