Returned the car yesterday morning to Alamo and realized early evening that an Ipad and a car seat were left inside. Immediately called them and was told to go online and look in "lost and found". Neither items were listed.
Called this morning and we were told the vehicle went out yesterday and they would check it when it returns tomorrow... The SUV was dirty with sand from a three day trip to the beach with 6 kids, not possible that they did not clean it before it went out again. How could they possibly overlook a bright pink car seat!
They will clearly blame the next customer when in fact they had to have kept the items when they cleaned it. My son and daughter -in-law accidentally left their Ipads on United Airlines one time. They actually got them back because the people who clean are made accountable..
