| - I went on Friday night at 8pm and it took almost an hour in line. Once inside, it seemed the quality of the crab legs had gone down a bit. They were on the small side and not as meaty as previously. I tried the king crab and snow crab legs, and both were tasty. The lamb, mushrooms, and cauliflower gratin? escalloped? were absolutely delicious. The seared salmon, Mac n cheese, and scalloped potatoes were bland, and the beef Wellington was dried out. The sliced cheese was dried out and the fresh cantaloupe not very sweet.Of the desserts, the bread pudding and tiramisu were the best.
Even so, I would have given it 4 stars based on the items I really liked. However, my bf doesn't eat seafood or red meat, and he pretty much didn't enjoy anything that he tried. He said most of it was bland, overcooked, or it just didn't taste very good. The best thing was the orange juice, which was sweet and delicious. We definitely didn't get our $38 worth out of his meal.
I would go back, at an earlier time, and hopefully with another crab leg eater. I've given up ordering crab legs in restaurants at home, because it's usually a rip off. I feel like I can get my money's worth at Bellagio.
