No! Never again if I can avoid. Seriously, avoid at all costs. What a terrible experience this time around and a few times in the past.
$200 change fee - UNACCEPTABLE - and u can't do it online, you HAVE to call. Waste of time and resources.
Today, I have been delayed for 3 hours -- WITH NO EMAIL OR TEXT NOTIFICATION. I had to find out when I approached the gate. DO BETYER! In addition to that, I didn't get as much as an "I'm sorry for the convenience" just a "thanks for your patience." Humph!!!!! I get delays but the communication and customer service should go above and beyond during these times!!!!
Dear Southwest, can you please buy this airline and fix all of the customer service issues. Thank you!
