  • I live right up the street from this place, and yeah, of course I've heard of it. But, oh-em-gee this is a friggin' sweet studio space! Can I please just have a loft here and move in? Even if you don't have a creative bone in your body, you'll see an empty canvas ready to be filled with artsy goods when you walk into this place. Lucky for me, the first time I got to see 78th Street Studios, it was stuffed to the gills with local vendors, artists and Clevelanders at the Bazaar Bizarre. There literally is no better space for this awesome crafty show. I have to admit, as I was driving up I sort of felt like I was being lured to an old, abandoned warehouse for shady reasons. So, just be prepared. But like any other industrial and slightly dilapidated area of Cleveland, it is a little scary at first--then you discover the gem inside. Obviously there isn't much more I can say about an art studio space that I've only been to once. I guarantee you that I'll be there for other shows though. And, hello glorious, wonderful and abundant free parking. You are greatly appreciated!
