  • If you want somebody to take the stress of planning a vacation out, you need to call this company right now! We had them plan a trip for us to Peurto Rico before the hurricane. Needless to say, we were very worried about refunds and what would happen to our vacation. They kept us imformed on the status of the island and gave us daily updates on our options. Luckily this company advised us to purchase insurance for our trip and was able to get full refunds. As if their services weren't enough there, they went above and beyound and helped us plan a replacement trip to Hawaii. Becky from The Travel Connection, was able to give us options within a day and switched our flights from San Juan to Honolulu. She didn't stop there , and was able to get us a discounted rate at our hotel which was a nice surprise. I will never plan my own trip again after this experience with The Travel Connection. They are a world class agency and customer service is absolutely through the roof, 5 stars only because I can't give them 10. Highly , highly recommended!!! Thanks to Becky, Desiree and Mark for easing our stress and planning 2 trips in the matter of days for us!
