  • To agree with the first poster but a different person is very rudd .younger gentleman I did not get his name he seemed very cocky and seemed like a jerk anything I mentioned about gun he made it seem as if I was wrong and did not know what I was talking about he made my experience in the store very unpleasant and think the store would be better off without him I did not get his name like I said before but a description of him was young tall skinny carry a firearm was wearing a black shirt the other reps that were there at the time are very kind to me and showed me merchandise in the store this guy talking to me made me feel uncomfortable and like i was wasting his time for even coming into the store even though I have purchased the gun there before. He also spoke about his reviews online that they were low but with his attitude I wonder why he worked at a pawn shop so you would think he would have better customer service when I came back into the store he was speaking to another customer condescendingly and I even more was uncomfortable
