| - To start my review, everything is based off of my actual personal experiences with this business and I have no reason to lie or be deceitful in my review of this business and it's employees.
When I first began looking for a home I used Octavio the Loan Officer and his Realtor Oscar. Octavio I found out works for Noble and also City View Real Estate which I felt was reasonable to utilize. While going through the process of preparing to close on my first home, I found out that the home owner failed to respond in a timely manner for the addendum which items I found to be wrong with the home, so finding this out I backed out. During the back out process Octavio and Oscar my realtor went to the mediation with me along with my home inspector Rodger, all I will say is they all 3 fought for me and showed proof and documents that the home owner and their realtor were deceitful. I won the mediation in a way, but it was all due to Octavio and Oscar.
Now during the second come around with getting involved with getting a home, we found a banked owned property. During this process it was up and down, because at one point I was told my debt to income was off and then I was fine, then I was told my closing fees were too low and then told it was fine.
In the end I obtained the loan by Octavio if it weren't for his persistence I would of ended up without anything. Octavio explained everything in detail and helped me understand the loan process. During the process Fannie Mae Loans should never be used or dealt with they take forever in getting anything done which prolonged Octavio and Noble in getting anything rolling in a timely manner.
The only thing I would highly suggest to Noble is communication, whether it be through e-mail, text, calling, and or meeting in person face to face, because during this process I was beyond stressed out, but I will admit I was told it was normal, because buying my first home is a huge stress. Yet what could of made it better would of been where I stood with my loan.
Brad the owner I spoke to twice and honestly I felt he wasn't a bad person at all, for an owner to have his personal cell willingly and openly given out to assist people isn't common. I can personally attest to this, because most owner do not want any contact with any person unless the chain of command has been exhausted, but to be able to go straight to him and get answers and call back is a huge plus.
Why I may not give 6 stars is, because I honestly feel the communication barrier was lacking and nothing personal against the company, it is just a suggestion and not disrespect. Where the communication stemmed from is from every angle possible. It became a he said she said thing, but overall I again obtained the loan and Noble made it happen, I am sure in the future they will be hopefully better and I still would recommend the company to anyone seeking to get approved.
I would tell anyone to use Octavio Escoto in the loan process as he is very well rounded and knows his stuff. When things went wrong with me and him he still in the end explained everything and helped me and my family out.
I cannot thank Octavio and Oscar and Noble enough for getting us in our home.
