  • Good: The office staff is very nice and the two gentleman on the maintenance crew are very attentive and quick to respond to any issues. Jess is just a doll and a rock star. The grounds and the layout of the apartments are just wonderful. Bad: The allowance for loud and unruly behavior. I have a child of which is not well behaved who lives above me. She is allowed to run and jump around all hours of the day and night. The jumping off of beds and furniture occurs some times until 3am. When I called and spoke to the manager I was advised that I live in a 24 hour town. My question then becomes, is it okay to allow this behavior at 3am, 7am, noon, etc? At what hours does this constant noise become not okay. I have put in countless written and verbal complaints regarding this excessive noise and it is still going on and seems to be no repercussions. The jumping is so bad at times that if you're sitting on the floor or couch, you can feel the floors shaking underneath you. I've had items fall from the top of the fridge from the jumping. I literally have to leave my home at times just for peace and quiet or when I want to drowned out the sound, I am forced to blast my radio. This shouldn't be at $1,000/month. Ugly: One evening I saw someone trying to open my door from the inside. After three failed attempts my boyfriend got up to confront who was at the door. The gentleman at the door was drugged out and very rough looking. We watched him then go upstairs to the unit directly above us. They have a high number of people coming and going from the unit at all hours of the day and night, not being the best walks of life. --------------------------------------- I moved into this complex as I felt it was a well maintained, safe, a beautiful property and that the extra costs would weed out the rift raft but that is not the case. If you're looking to live in a safe, quiet community, look else where. I do not feel safe here at all. I absolutely hate it and should have took to heart a review I saw prior to moving in. It stated, "The best day is the day you move out." This is absolutely true and I cannot wait until April 2015, it can not come soon enough. I am seriously considering paying the $3,000 to break my lease. That is how much I dislike living here. Also do not see this as a gated community as the gates allow for up to 8 cars in at a time (I counted as they came in behind me) when it's working. There have been two times where the gate has been out for over 2 weeks allowing anyone to come and go. As for the poop around the property that people have been bringing up in their reviews, I see it but the grounds crew does a great job in picking it up. I know one gentleman does not pick up any of his dogs feces at all but the grounds crews go around and pick it up. I was holding off in composing this review until after I left but I cannot hold my tongue anymore and it's important to know what you will be getting for your money.
