  • Every month I go in to pay my loan, it's always a different staff and always a different explanation on when your loan is due. It was supposed to be my last payment and I was shocked to find out I have 1 more payment. I was never, NEVER, told or was explained to me that i will get charge $1 each day, on top of the principal and interest so when you go in, you'd be expecting to pay the amount you were told last month. So when I went in today, I asked the lady if she was sure this was all I need to pay in order for me to get my title next month, no fees or extra amount when I come back. I asked her 2x! And she said, yes that would be all and theres no due date so you can come in anytime you want. I left their office all irritated but I went back and talked to another rep to be sure and this other rep told me a different story! Now she said, you'll be charged .78 each day till you pay this whole amount. So instead of paying the amount I was told earlier, this other girl is now telling me I will be charge for more money even if there's no due date. Ridiculous! This company's a Joke! I hope this company gets closed down. Im sure im not the only customer that was given the wrong information. There's only 1 rep there that's helpful. The rest?! Shouldn't be working at a financial place at all. It makes you think 'how did you get this job?!'
