  • Well, went here shopping around and found a hat I liked but not in the color I wanted. They then tell me they can order it. So I say cool and they ring me up. The total comes out different than the price. I get told that it is shipping. I say never mind and am convinced by the manager than the shipping charge will be refunded. Something about a website mess up. I believe her (my mistake ) and pay. Still no refund, can't get customer service to answer the phone and the tracking number I was emailed doesn't work. DHL says they don't even have it. So I was ripped off by these people. Filing report with Better business Bureau next. Horrible. Do not give them your hard earned money. They provide nothing in return.
