I'm such a coffee fanatic that I wrote "AN ODE TO ICED COFFEE" in my recent collection of short stories SHORT SKIRTS AND SHORTER STORIES. This new coffee shop offers the perfect combination of chemistry and art with a bit of wit and lots of kindness and a dash of magic thrown in. The baristas are erudite about the culture, agriculture and haute cuisine of coffee from iced elixirs to espresso and lattes so heavenly that to add a flavor would be to diminish a nearly perfect concoction of steamed milk and the most aromatic and flavorful espresso I've tasted outside of Italy. The place is warm and cozy with no pretentious attitude but with the poetic demeanor of a place more likely found on Bleecker Street in Greenwich Village or in Berkeley. This location offers Linda's Kitchen cookies ( The best iced cutouts in the land) and warm muffins but those in the know come from far and wide for the fresh roasted brew. I recommend walking in (even in arctic temperatures) so you can breath in the aroma of awesomeness and meet the kindhearted staff personally. North Eastern Ohio has landed an exceptional coffee house that is sure to flourish in every season for years to come
