  • I was a guest at flamingo on Sunday, 07/05/15 (never checked in). I arrived around 4:00pm and the line was long, as expected. My boyfriend and I decided to play in the casino. Between 4:30pm and 5:30pm, my boyfriend and I went to use the restroom near the theatre. I walked in one stall where the toilet hadn't been flushed, so I went to use the next open stall. That stall had an employee cleaning so I turned back around to go to the initial stall. The employee, Kyung, told me "go to the other side" in an abrasive tone. I asked why, she said "because I'm cleaning" I said "you're not cleaning all these stalls at the same time". She started to waive her broom around and said "you need to go to the other side" (please keep in mind, there was no closure of the hall) that's when her disgusting bathroom broom swiped me across the knee. I told her to not hit me with her broom and asked her name. She said "it doesn't matter" (she did not have a name tag). I proceeded to the stall and used the restroom and spoke to her manager to get her name. After it was all said and done, my boyfriend and I wanted to salvage our night but I was still extremely bothered the entire night by what flamingos employee did to me. We decided to call it a night around 9:00pm and the line was still around an hour wait. We left the hotel without ever checking in. Truly disappointed, the incident ruined my staycation Additionally this place is smokey.. Almost unbearable, my boyfriend and I had our shirts over our noses most of the night (we looked like shit heads). Good luck seeing a cocktail waitress, they are endangered species at flamingo! I will not spend another dollar on gaming or anything else at Caesars properties.
