  • I came in today to get two nails fixed, mind you I was here Saturday for a gel manicure and pedicure. In all the years I've gotten gel polish done it has not cracked this fast, it usually takes a few weeks, but I figured they could just fix it since it was their mistake. I walked in and explained that I was there only four days ago, and the guy blamed me for the nail polish coming off, said I was too rough which wasn't the case, I don't do a lot of hard work with my hands! If anything he should have tried to rectify the situation instead of blaming the customer. He then asked me who did my nails, I showed him, but the woman goes on to say " I don't remember you!" Considering I gave her a nice tip, I would have figured she would have remembered, plus it was only a few days ago. They told me to come back later but after the way the situation was handled I won't come back here again, I'm offended.
