Typical Chipotle, usually quite busy since it's just outside the mall. No complaints about the food, you get what you should expect if you are a repeat customer. My only complaint about this location is that they are always out of Coke. When I say always, I'm referring to 3 out of my 3 visits here. That alone Isn't that big a deal, it can happen. But 3 times? My issue is how long it takes to correct the problem. My wife can be very confrontational, and she is the coke addict. I mean coke drinker. So it's my task to notify the cashier of the impending situation if the issue isn't corrected. Now this isn't a case where they come out with a bag of syrup to load into the machine. They just do something in the back somewhere. I know this because nobody ever comes out from behind the counter to test the line, which would also give us the all clear for beverage dispensing. So we wait, I get up after a couple of minutes to check only to be greeted with a stream of cokeless fluid. I made up that word, but you know what I mean. Today it took 12 minutes before it was taken care of, by which point my wife had already finished her meal. So here is a tip to Chipotle if they are listening (or reading). While not everyone drinks Coke, I know of at least 1 person who does. I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that she isn't the only one. Maybe teach the staff to react a little quicker when the #1 selling soft drink in the world has run out. Especially if the customer is a Cuban New Yorker with an attitude. Thanks
