  • I can not believe that I'm the first to leave a review! These guys are awesome!! I found a fantastic deal on a Backyard Discovery play set on Overstock.com. My husband was going to put it together but was dreading the idea of an all weekend chore. So, last week, I looked online for help and found PSSI. Their website was easy to navigate and gave me great info about their experience in the business. I called and spoke with Steve, one of the owners. He looked up my model and gave me a call back within the hour with a reasonable quote, and we booked it for 9am this morning. In the interim, my husband had someone tell him that the set was too big for our uneven, small plot of grass in our yard. I gently insisted that we let the professionals come out and give us their thoughts before we investigate if it could even be returned. Boy am I glad I did! Steve and Matt arrived on time this morning at 9am sharp. They looked at the space we had, talked us through the positioning of where it would best fit--confident that it would fit just fine--and went to work. No hassles, no delays, just honest hard work. A couple of times, Steve had us come outside to look at something and give our feedback on positing or the placement of anchors, but otherwise they just pleasantly did their job. They were finished at 2:00, having cleaned up all of their tools and having made a very neat and tidy pile of the garbage--the huge (10+ft) box and wrappings were broken down to a small pile that could be carried to recycling in one arm load. Steve and Matt gave us info on a good stain and the right color to use to keep the wood in good shape, I paid them exactly what was quoted, and they were on their way. It was so refreshing to have such an easy, smooth experience with work done to the home. I simply cannot say a negative thing about our experience. The set looks great in our yard, and our daughter is over the moon to have her own fort, slide and swings. I don't write many reviews, so when I do, it's because I feel strongly about the business. Trust me, If you are looking to purchase a backyard play set for your home, do not fret over the installation when reading the reviews for them, simply pick up the phone and let Steve and Matt take the headache out of it for you. It is well worth every penny!!!
