This is regarding the 85th location.
I've only been at this location 3 or 4 times, however I once left a voice message on their system requesting to know more information about the salon. This was before my very first visit. They took 3 days to return my call which for a premium brand I found it to be quite poor service.
Anyway I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and go anyway. I set up my next appointment for this month but had to rush out of town. The appointment was supposed to be scheduled for this Thursday. I however called last Friday indicating that I would not be able to make it, and for me to reschedule a day or two later. Well guess what? Nobody called again!!!
I just now received a call asking if I'm going to be making my appointment for this Thursday. I said to the girl, "you've got to be kidding me right"??
I mentioned the two issues and asked well first of all, why is no one picking up the phone during business hours considering you have two people at the counter at all times; and why do you not return calls? She says "oh I'm sorry we must have been busy".
Oh really, well you know what? I'm busy as well and will never return to this or any of your locations. I'm sure the hairstylist enjoys loosing clients over the stupidity of others.
They can advertise all they want, if their customers service sucks then there is no point.
